Béla the Algebraic Puzzler

Béla the Algebraic Puzzler has been interested in mathematics for as long as he can remember. He is a member of the Davidson Young Scholars group which aims to help nourish profoundly gifted students. Béla, as a homeschooler, first started at a very early age with standard math books until beginning Algebra 1 with the Art of Problem Solving in 2013. In 2014, he finished their Algebra 1 and Geometry classes with A's in both subjects. He has also completed AoPS's Intermediate Algebra with an A. Béla is an accomplished musician who has been playing piano for 5 years and has composed numerous pieces. He has also published one short-length novella on Amazon and is currently working on two full-length novels. Béla would like to pursue his mathematical career in college by majoring in Math. His favorite fields of math are Algebra, Probability, and Geometry, and he enjoys reading about other interesting fields of mathematics.
